Maybe you know broadly where you are going but you need to articulate and write down a strategy which will drive and focus your mission and vision? You want to chat a course to growth/success. Something to motivate and inspire staff and volunteers,; something for partners and supporters to get behind; something to excite your donors and funders. Something you can then implement and make happen!
I will work with you and your team to develop your ambitions and thinking into a cogent and focused strategy - and can, if you need it, develop the important SMART planning and objective setting that will make it happen. SMART for me is specific, measurable, ambitious, realistic and timely. Ambition and realism should be seen as partners not alternatives.
II can work with you or your managers to drive that through and support the team to ensure achievement and roadmap adaptations to overcome obstacles.
Most importantly, we can work together to embed that strategy into the organisation and so its part of everyone’s DNA and a shared and positive purpose.
